1. DISCLAIMER All items available through Vintage Valley are pre-owned. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell through an internal authentication process, with third-party verification when necessary.
Vintage Valley is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the brands we offer. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
2. AUTHENTICITY Ensuring trust and confidence in our products is a top priority. Each item is carefully authenticated based on our expertise and, if needed, verified by external professionals. We strive to provide only genuine products and will never knowingly offer counterfeit goods.

3. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION Our pre-owned items are presented with detailed descriptions and high-quality images. While we select items in excellent condition, minor signs of wear are inherent to second-hand goods. All the possible flaws are depicted in photos. Before purchase please carefully look at the pictures.
4. INFORMATION ACCURACY We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other details without prior notice.
5. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES Occasionally, there may be typographical errors or inaccuracies on our website. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time, including after an order has been placed.
6. OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS Items remain the property of Vintage Valley until full payment, including shipping fees, has been completed.
7. PAYMENT AND PRICING All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable fees under the relevant regulations. Payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Klarna, IDeal, Meastro, Shop Pay and UnionPay. Full payment is required before shipment.
8. TAXES AND DUTIES Orders shipped within European Union include necessary taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
9. SHIPPING POLICY We offer shipping within EU, with insured deliveries. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days, and estimated delivery times vary by location. Customers will receive tracking information upon shipment.
Shipping fees and carrier details are available at checkout. Vintage Valley is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors.
10. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition in the same packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@vintagevalleyshop.com before shipping the item back. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued after we inspect and approve the returned item.
11. ORDER CANCELLATION Orders may be canceled before shipment. If an order has already been dispatched, it must be processed as a return.
12. FORCE MAJEURE We are not liable for delays or failures caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
